Norwood & Skiff Yacht Group came to life after a group of like-minded Captains, Brokers, Crew, and Mechanics got together over the course of many lunches at various marinas around South Florida and talked about the Yacht Brokerage industry. About what was good, what was bad, and what they’d all like to see done differently. It was in this spirit of common goals, of service to clients who became friends and friends who became clients that this boutique yacht brokerage was born.

Over the decades, we’ve learned a thing or two about what makes the difference between a boat that is a nightmare and a boat that is a pleasure. Between a boat that will transport you easily across the water and one that fights you seemingly every step of the way. Between a boat that bleeds money in depreciation, and one that holds its’ value year after year.
